Our diabetes educators provide an American Diabetes Association-recognized program of education and support and are available for one-on-one consultations. We can help you become an educated member of your diabetes management team. Our goal is to help you improve your cardiovascular health, reduce body fat and increase sensitivity to insulin. This decreases your risk for diabetes complications, including kidney disease, heart disease and amputations. If you have questions or would like to schedule an appointment, call (603) 577- 5760. We look forward to working with you.
