Nashua, NH—Foundation Medical Partners is pleased to announce the opening of Southern New Hampshire Health System at Pelham. Located at 33 Windham Road, the new facility offers a wide range of medical services in one building for easy access and convenience.
 
Southern New Hampshire Health System at Pelham is home to internal medicine, lab and x-ray services, as well as Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire, which provides walk-in care for minor illnesses and injuries.  Immediate Care is open seven days a week and no appointment is necessary.  The cost is the same as an office visit.

The new Pelham site will also soon be home to family medicine and a variety of specialty care providers.
