- MDs: physicians who are medical doctors
- DOs: Doctors of Osteopathy -- physicians who complete training equivalent to that of medical doctors, with additional training in musculoskeletal manipulation.
- Nurse practitioners (DNP, NP, PNP, APRN, FNP) work independently, serving as primary care providers.

Their relationships with each other, as colleagues in our Health System, ensure that you receive integrated, coordinated and timely care. Through shared Electronic Medical Records, all of your providers at Foundation Medical Partners have quick and easy access to your complete medical history and diagnostic test results. This means there is less chance for error, fewer repeat tests, and better preventive care for you and your family.
