Psychiatry
Southern New Hampshire Health System provides the only comprehensive behavioral health services in the greater Nashua area through our Acute Community Crisis Evaluation Service System. These services, including evaluation and stabilization of symptoms, are available all day, every day.
ACCESS
The Acute Community Crisis Evaluation Service System (ACCESS), staffed by mental health clinicians, extends help to anyone experiencing a personal or psychiatric crisis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After we determine your needs, a referral may be made to the most appropriate services, including outpatient services, partial or inpatient hospitalization, Patient & Family Services or other community resources.
If you or someone you know needs help, call ACCESS at (603) 577-2728 or come directly to the Emergency Department.
In addition to crisis evaluation and care, The Health System provides a partial hospitalization program, which is short-term group therapy for adolescents, adults, and seniors with mood or anxiety disorders or substance abuse issues.
