If you are injured in an accident, have undergone surgery, or are coping with a disease or chronic condition, your ability to function independently may have new limitations. Our goal is to help you get back to your healthy, active life. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech/language therapy services are available. These services and more – hand therapy, pediatric rehabilitation, and audiology/hearing – are also available to you as an outpatient, in convenient community locations.
Together with you and your doctor, our therapists develop a treatment plan that is uniquely yours. Your health insurance plan may also play a part in determining your services and/or payment for them: check your plan. To make an appointment for a consultation or assessment, talk to your doctor or call Rehab Services at (603) 577-8400. You may need a referral from your primary care physician before you call to make an appointment for evaluation. Bring the referral with you to this appointment. If you have a co-payment, it will be due at the time you receive services.
