What Can I Expect at the Lab?

Every time you visit one of our Labs, you will be asked to sign in so that patients can be served in the order in which they arrived. When your name is called, you will register by presenting your doctor’s order if you have it; your personal identification; and your insurance card. You will be asked to confirm your birth date, mailing address, and other identifying information. You will sign your name, giving us permission to perform the lab test.

The Phlebotomist will call you in and will ask you to confirm your name and birth date one more time before performing the test(s) ordered by your doctor. We do these things to protect your privacy and ensure your safety.
